How it works

We strive to make our investment process transparent, efficient, and founder-friendly.
Below is an overview of the steps involved:

1. Initial Contact

To begin, please submit your pitch deck or a project to pitch@mbimholding.com. If you prefer a chat first, feel free to reach out to hello@mbimholding.com. No prior introductions are required.

2. Introductory Meeting

We’ll schedule a Google Meet video call to discuss your team, vision, and business or a project. This informal session allows us to learn about your goals and address any questions you may have.

3. Evaluation Phase

Following the introductory call, we’ll request additional information to deepen our understanding of your market, technology, and team. During this stage, you may also connect with our expert advisors for further discussion. Based on this evaluation, we’ll make a go/no-go decision.

4. Term Sheet and Due Diligence

Upon a positive decision, we typically propose a founder-friendly agreement, though we are also open to convertible notes or equity structures. Once valuation and terms are mutually agreed upon, we can provide a concise one-page term sheet if needed. Due diligence follows, which we aim to complete within a few weeks.

5. Funding and Partnership

After successful due diligence and finalization of legal agreements, we’ll wire the funds to your account. As a portfolio company, you’ll gain access to our ongoing support, resources, and network. We’re here to assist as advisors and partners throughout your entrepreneurial journey.
